We respect your time at Carrollwood Dental and we request that you extend the same courtesy to us.  If you cannot keep an appointment, let us know as quickly as possible.  We require at least a 48 hour notice so that your cancelled appointment can be given to another patient.

Emergency Care:
When an emergency situation arises, we will do everything in our power to respond to your problem as quickly as possible. If an emergency occurs when the office is closed, please follow instructions on our voicemail message.

Your First Appointment:
The purpose of your initial visit is twofold: we would like to get acquainted with you and let you get to know us.

We believe that every patient should have a thorough evaluation of their dental health. In order to achieve this, please plan to spend approximately 90 minutes with us on your first visit. During this time we will perform a complete dental exam including necessary x-rays, an oral cancer screening, a periodontal evaluation, and a complete computerized analysis. 

Following your examination, a complete review of our findings will be presented. If there is any treatment that needs to be done, it will be explained as well as options, how long it would take, and how much it would cost before anything is started.
