Dr. Dana has been practicing dentistry for over 20 years. She was educated in Romania and at U. C. L. A. in California.

Carrollwood Dental is a rarity, with not only professional services, but so much more. Instead of the sterility of a formica waiting room, you are greeted by name, with a smile, and seated in comfort in a "sitting room". Jennifer asks if she can get you anything, "Perhaps a bottle of water?" In very little time, you are escorted to a state-of-the-art dental facility where a preliminary exam takes place. It is quite thorough and relatively pain-free. Each step of the process is explained by the assistant until Dr.Dana enters, consults, gives you further information and then begins work, usually with a novocaine injection or two (or three). She allows you to "marinate" (very unlike the "treadmill dentists" I've been to) so the drug has taken effect by the time she begins work. Dr. Dana is the BEST dentist I've ever been to. I was deathly afraid of dentists because of my past experiences. However, when I first met Dr. Dana, she put me at ease immediately.
